Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Kuda Travel family. By booking your cycling holiday with Kuda Travel (hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” “we,” or “us”), you are entering into a legally binding contract. While we aim to keep things adventurous on the road, we maintain strict professionalism on paper. Please review these terms carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Booking & Deposit
To secure your place on one of our exclusive cycling or adventure tours, a deposit is required at the time of booking.
- Deposit Amount: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required to confirm your reservation.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance (70%) must be paid in full at least 45 days prior to the departure date.
- Late Bookings: For bookings made within 45 days of departure, full payment is required immediately upon confirmation.
- Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers (USD/VND) and major credit cards. (Note: Credit cards are subject to a 3.5% processing fee).
2. Cancellations & Refunds
As we commit funds in advance to boutique hotels and logistics, the following fees apply:

| 15 – 30 days before | 25% of total tour price |
| Under 15 days / No Show | 0% Refund |
*Note: Bank fees and currency fluctuations will be deducted from the final refund.
3. Amendments & Flexibility
- Changes by You: Notify us 30 days prior. A $50 USD fee applies plus any 3rd party cost increases.
- Changes by Us: We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to “Force Majeure”. Alternatives of equal value will be provided.
4. Mandatory Travel Insurance
You cannot participate without valid insurance. Policy must cover medical, repatriation, and cycling/trekking activities. Proof is required 14 days before departure.
5. Health & Equipment
Tours are physically demanding. By booking, you certify you are in good health. You are responsible for any equipment damage caused by negligence.
6. Passports & Visas
Passports must be valid for 6 months post-departure. Visas are the traveler’s responsibility.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kuda Travel acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or delays caused by weather or government actions.
8. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Disputes are referred to the VIAC.
