- Less than 3 Months Out: This is considered “spontaneous travel.” We will keep the standard website pricing and must reconfirm service availability before finalizing.

Once you are ready to commit, we will request your payment.
- The Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to lock in your spot.
- The Price: Depending on when you book, you will either receive the discount, the original price, or a late-booking adjustment.

- Reservation: After the deposit, we secure all services (bikes, guides, hotels) and send you a confirmation email.
- Balance Due: You will receive a payment link 45 days before departure. Our system will send an automated reminder, allowing you to manage your final payment proactively.
